MTTS 2010 - Instructions for the selected candidates

1. A hard copy of the letter of selection has been mailed to you. This may reach you possibly before 20th March 2010. If you decide to participate, you may send your acceptance letter to the local coordinator of your venue. In this letter you MUST clearly mention your serial number. After receiving your acceptance letter the local cordinator will send you a letter confirming your participation which you may receive by the first week of May 2010.

2. In case you do not receive the letter of selection download the

a. undertaking  form from here. 

b. a sample of the selection letter from here.

3. No request for the change of venue will be entertained.

4. Bring the following documents at the time of registration:

a. A certificate from your institute/college about your present course of study with your photograph affixed and attested by your institute/college authority.

b. Signed undertaking form

c. The letter from the local coordinator confirming your participation.

d. A photocopy of the train/bus tickets or the used tickets as they are required for reimbursement.
